Welcome – You have started the process of finding the right therapist for you, and that’s huge! Reaching out is a big step and can sometimes feel scary. I promise that I will keep your information confidential, keep the room non-judgmental and assure you that I will create a safe place to explore your ideas, beliefs and experiences. Give yourself the gift of healing and health by reaching out today.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will discuss what you hope to accomplish with therapy and your current needs. Together, we will come up with a plan for the best ways to get you there. I provide services using a secure online platform, where you can seek help in the comfort of your own home.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Your healing journey is your own. I use a client centered approach, which allows you autonomy to heal your way. I also use a mind-body approach to healing, by creating a safe space to slow down and connect with yourself, in a way that fosters healing and growth from the inside out. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and use a trauma informed approach that empowers you to set your own goals and manage your progress at your own pace.

My treatment methods

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful tool that can help you unpack, release and rewire emotional pain stored in your brain and body. Our nervous system is wired to respond to perceived threats. Brainspotting allows us a safe space to explore these deep emotions, then releases and rewires our nervous system to respond in a healthier way.

Trauma Informed Care

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I use a trauma informed approach that empowers you to set your own goals and manage your progress at your own pace.

Attachment-based

Attachment therapy explores how your childhood experiences might affect your ability to form meaningful bonds as an adult. By creating a safe and secure therapeutic relationship, you will be able to explore your attachment to others.
