Counseling is a natural extension of my wellness work. In addition to Anxiety and Depression, I specialize in Career Counseling, Women's Issues, and Spirituality. My role is to help you improve your mental health experiences. As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, I use Solution Focused, Spirituality, and Lifestyle Design techniques in my practice. There is no set framework for each client, as I tailor my expertise based upon your concerns. Our wellness work starts with a consultation, where we'll share our curiosities and expectations. During sessions, I'll help you explore the relationship you have with yourself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My clients benefit from my creative expertise in solution focused, mindfulness, and client centered strategies.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

If you've been feeling a nudge to show up for yourself, now is the time. I invite you to book a consultation with me. Let's determine if we're a good fit. Please email me or use my website link to secure a consultation.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

In SFBT, I work with my clients collaboratively to create solutions rather than focusing on problems or exploring the root causes of issues. This approach is typically brief and focuses on practical, achievable goals.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

In ACT, I utilize defusion, which involves helping clients distance themselves from their thoughts and emotions, allowing them to observe them more objectively rather than being overwhelmed or controlled by them.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

With MBT, I walk my clients through a technique called The Body Scan, which is a mindfulness practice where clients focus their attention on different parts of their body, systematically moving from one area to another while noticing sensations, tensions, and emotions without judgment.
