Ty Ingram
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of experience providing counseling services. My counseling experience includes working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, emotional regulation, anxiety, communication and relationship issues, grief, workplace, and family issues. I have experience working in various settings including community-based, online platforms, and employer-based EAP services. Like many people, I understand expressing emotions and navigating difficult conversations are not easy, especially when these experiences were not encouraged in our family dynamics. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted for who they are, and to have the opportunity to grow, heal, and live more authentically. I want to create a supportive environment where people feel comfortable being themselves, expressing their emotions, and having honest conversations without fear of judgment. My goal is to cultivate a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental space where we can explore your concerns, identify healthy coping skills to regulate emotions, and explore productive solutions to achieve your therapeutic goals.

First session
During the first session, my goal is to make you feel comfortable and actively listen. I will explain the counseling process and answer any questions you may have. We will explore your concerns and identify what you want to achieve through the process.
Strengths
My greatest strength is my ability to make clients feel comfortable through the counseling process. No stuffy sessions, genuine open dialogue to explore concerns together.
