Now more than ever, I truly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. I offer treatment based on your needs and help create a plan for finding a positive mindset to facilitate the changes you're seeking. I am a bilingual Therapist who works with all age groups. I have worked with adolescents, children, and families throughout my professional career. I believe in helping rebuild relationships within families and helping each family member be the best version of themselves. I work with different types of therapy to accommodate each client's needs.

Each person I work with requires their own plan for achieving their identified goals. We may take a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) or perhaps something solution-focused (SFT) is a better fit. Person-centered therapy is important because you want to find something specific to your need. I help people build up their toolbox with different techniques based on what they are struggling with regularly.
I have found my work to be most successful with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. I understand the difficulties we face in life whether it be with our self-talk, relationships with others, or ability to communicate our emotions. Together we work to remove barriers and build healthy relationships with ourselves and others.
