Hi, I'm Princess! Do you ever feel overwhelmed and it feels like you have a million things to take care of but you're unsure of where to start? Are you struggling with juggling your relationships, work, or even taking time for yourself? Together, we can work to find solutions that could help you manage your symptoms. Most clients I have worked with feel shame or disappointment that they are struggling. I'm here to let you know that it is okay if you are. You know yourself better than anyone else and it's time you put yourself first for once. It's okay to ask for help. It is not uncommon for people to have issues that they struggle with. Reaching out to someone can be a little daunting, but just know that you're taking an important first step to become the best version of yourself that YOU know you can be. I look forward to working you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, it's just an introduction. I may ask some general questions about your personal strengths, family, and your reason for wanting to start therapy. We may also complete a release of information if you have anyone you'd like to share your information with. We will then discuss the treatment plan and what you want your goal to be for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is my ability to make people feel heard and understood. As a social worker, I have worked with all sorts of people with varying backgrounds. I love working with the LGBT+ community and individuals who struggle with anxiety and/or depression.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have used this treatment method in a variety of situations such as inpatient in a psychiatric hospital and in an outpatient setting with children and families.

Group Therapy

I have provided group therapy to those in anger management and in co-occurring disorder groups.

Strength-Based

I have used the strengths-based method especially with those who experience depression or anxiety. My most prominent times were when I worked with children and families as well as in an inpatient setting when working with patients in short-term treatment.
