As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), I will help my clients recognize and understand the connection between their thoughts and feelings. I will facilitate my clients in letting go of ruminating worries that trapped them in rumination cycles and keep them experiencing anxiety and depression. I will facilitate my clients in reframing the role of anxiety and reducing symptoms to improve my client's overall functioning.
