Your first session with me will consist of reviewing confidentiality, preferred methods of communication, therapy expectations, and discussing what brings you to therapy. If time permits, I will conduct an assessment called a biopsychosocial that covers your personal history and functional status.
I feel my biggest strengths are in validating emotions, setting SMART goals, setting healthy boundaries, and establishing healthy communication.
