I am a kind and supportive therapist. I provide a space for you to process your experience, pain and trauma so that you can move forward freely. Many of us carry unresolved concerns and issues; many of us have unresolved trauma. This weight keeps us back from being who we wish to be. I can remain present even during very difficult conversations.
The first session starts with a few questions: age, relationship status and children. After that, I ask you to talk about the reason you reached out for counseling. The sessions continue as conversations with some questions or feedback from me.
I help clients find the good in themselves. I provide the caring support that may have been missing in childhood. I make a safe space to discuss trauma. I have worked in the medical field and understand the intricacies of chronic illness. I can help carry the weight of grief.
