Hi there, I’m Jessica. Are you the one who “has it all together” on the outside—but inside, you're exhausted, questioning what’s next, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself in the grind? Maybe you're a woman of color navigating the pressures of leadership or corporate life, feeling unseen or like you’re constantly code-switching just to survive the day. Or perhaps you're a fresh college grad, trying to find your footing while juggling family expectations, self-doubt, and the pressure to succeed. You might be a new or single mom trying to hold everything (and everyone) together—but wondering when it’ll be your turn to feel held. If any of that resonates, you're in the right place. I specialize in supporting women of color—especially those in leadership roles, corporate environments, or going through major life transitions. My work centers emotional regulation, identity exploration, boundaries, work-life integration, and healing from generational patterns that no longer serve you. Using a holistic, liberation-based framework, I help you reconnect with your voice, values, and sense of purpose. My style is person-centered, culturally rooted, and affirming of the full, complex experience of being a woman of color in spaces that weren’t built for us. This isn’t just about surviving—it’s about coming home to yourself. Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, burnout, internalized doubt, or the constant tug-of-war between ambition and rest, I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can pause, exhale, and be seen. You don’t have to do this alone. Healing is possible—and you deserve it. Let’s walk this journey together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Your first session will feel like a deep exhale—relaxed, collaborative, and centered on you. We’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you in, clarify your goals, and begin mapping out what healing and alignment could look like for you. In our first few sessions, we’ll build a space where you can show up fully—no mask, no judgment—just you. As we work together, you’ll begin to untangle the emotional weight you’ve been carrying and build the kind of self-awareness, emotional resilience, and clarity that helps you move through life on your own terms—with your values and priorities leading the way.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength lies in creating a culturally affirming, empowering space for people of color—particularly those navigating the complexities of legacy burdens, systemic oppression, and emotional exhaustion. I offer a unique blend of mindfulness, spirituality, and practical strategies to help clients reconnect with their purpose, self-worth, and sense of community. I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals—whether you're an ambitious professional, a dedicated caregiver, or a single parent—who often feel unseen. Together, we’ll transform your pain into power and help you thrive, not just survive.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m most aligned to support Black and Brown women who are navigating the layered challenges of cultural and systemic pressure—especially when it comes to balancing career ambition, caregiving, identity, and personal fulfillment. My clients are often high-achieving, deeply responsible, and carrying the weight of inherited expectations, internalized doubt, and the constant need to “get it right” in every role they play. Whether you're leading in corporate spaces, parenting a child with unique needs, or managing the emotional load of caregiving, I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. Through a holistic, trauma-informed lens, I help women move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to living in alignment with their values, desires, and truth. Together, we’ll create room for you to heal, grow, and reclaim the fullness of your life—on your terms.
