Moving to the U.S. in 2008 taught me the beauty of blending cultures, deepening my appreciation for every client’s unique story. My approach? I’m a Certified Anxiety Informed Professional, trained in EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT, and DBT, offering effective tools to manage emotions, heal from past experiences, and build resilience. My experience with CBT has equipped me to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I regularly use CBT to support clients in managing depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges by building practical, actionable skills.
I have completed full training in EMDR, allowing me to guide clients through the process of reprocessing traumatic memories. This modality has been especially effective in helping clients reduce distress associated with past trauma and build resilience.
With comprehensive training recently obtained in hypnotherapy, I use this modality to help clients access subconscious thoughts and address issues like stress and anxiety. It’s a powerful tool for facilitating deep relaxation and self-exploration.
I utilize DBT techniques, such as mindfulness and emotion regulation, to help clients enhance their coping skills. This approach has been particularly beneficial for clients dealing with intense emotions, enabling them to navigate difficult situations with greater stability and awareness.
