One of the primary benefits of therapy is emotional support and validation. I encompass a therapeutic, non judgmental, safe space for clients to express themselves freely. I foster a sense of comfort, empathy, and compassion while helping clients navigate their emotions and gain fresh perspective. Therapy serves as a tool for self exploration. By engaging in meaningful introspective exercises clients will develop healthier coping tools, leading to personal growth.
In our first session we'll start with introductions, presenting problem, and work toward developing plans to address the presenting problem in follow up sessions.
