Hi, I'm Sophy Varghese. Welcome to Winning with Good Counsel! Supporting, encouraging and comforting others has been an integral part of my journey, leading me on a path to a rich and rewarding career as a clinical social worker. I am passionate about supporting individuals reach their behavioral health, relational and spiritual goals! I have a special interest in working with women who are seeking support for depression, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief (relationships, miscarriage, death of a loved one), low self-esteem, parenting, establishing healthy boundaries, spiritual issues and relationships. My approach is strengths-based, holistic and collaborative. While we may explore your past experiences, we won't stay there. Our focus will be on your present and future. Our work together will include problem solving, strategic planning, developing healthy coping skills and replacing unhelpful thinking patterns. I offer a safe, accepting, non-judgmental space for clients dealing with these concerns and more. I look forward to providing support on your journey to healing, wholeness and overcoming!
