Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your challenges, and what brought you here. It’s a chance for us to explore your goals and see how I can best support you. I’ll also walk you through what to expect from therapy, answer any questions, and set a foundation for our work together. This is a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and know you’re not alone in this journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I help clients uncover their inner strengths and use them as tools for meaningful change. My approach creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences—whether rooted in the past, present, or future. With both personal and professional insight into the complexities of first responder families and the BIPOC community, I understand the unique challenges these roles bring. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build resilience, and develop strategies that align with your goals, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
