Hello, I'm Adam. Do you feel your past or present are holding you back from experiencing happiness, joy, and peace? I am here to help you face the difficult challenges that life is throwing at you and face them with confidence and better understanding of what you can do to live your life the way you want to.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session will consist of discussing what is bringing you to therapy and how those problems have impacted your life. Secondly, we work discuss your therapy goals and how we will go about achieving those goals. Lastly, I will talk to you about the approaches I use and we will come to a decision if we are a good match for each other. Can't wait to meet you!!!
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I will empower and help guide you to "psychological flexible". I incorporate modalities such as Acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and internal family systems to help give you the opportunity to win the battles that you face within yourself. Whether that be past trauma experiences, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, ADHD, personality disorders, and relationship issues. Together, we can identify and explore what it is that is causing you psychological pain and learn what skills/strategies will help you take over what you may have lost.

Good reviews, profile, and when we met he was very genuine, honest, open minded, and listened to me when I talked. Seems like a great therapist, my first session and I have scheduled next session with him to continue working with him. He’s very down to earth and has great personality!

Immediately provided the space for me to express myself. Allowed for completion of thoughts and guided into deeper dives. Felt relatable and the space was comfortable. Provided immediate connections between therapy style and how it can assist with issues/struggles.
