You took the hardest step today; your healing journey can begin. My name is Ornella Hegbe and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The space I hold for you is individualized to acknowledge you, support you, and encourage you to be your greatest advocate and to help you figure out what you need. I am versatile in the range of clients that I take ( age and lifestyle, or issue). Persons with pelvic pain disorders please feel free to consult with me ( pain with sex, Pudendal Neuralgia, Vulvodynia, resistance/anxiety towards pelvic physical therapy exercises). I have sex therapy training specifically in this area. ***If you are a client via your worksite with me, I am unable to see you in private practice due to my role as your agency consultant.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First session is our intake and we use this time to see if we are the compatible as therapist and client. We will consult before our session to talk over preparation for the first session.

My biggest strengths include working with those who struggle with low self esteem, chronic pain, intimacy issues, sexual trauma, women's health issues ( pelvic pain, endometriosis, pain during sex etc), alternative relationships such as Kink and ENM etc. * Those who may be first generation American/ navigating dual cultures * Everyday life stressors such as work, financial, health related * Intimate family or friend, relationship stressors or conflicts * Difficult life transitions and adjustments, such as job changes, divorce, deaths, moves, etc.
