During our first session, my goal is to get to know you and see what changes you would like to see as a result of our time together. I excel at building strong therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and collaboration. We will determine the cadence of our ongoing sessions and align on a path forward towards supporting you with enacting the changes you would like to accomplish.
My greatest strength is my ability to hold space for you to be authentic in a safe and encouraging environment. I bring a calm and steady presence that helps clients feel supported and empowered as they navigate their personal journeys. My focus on fostering resilience and cultivating self-awareness enables clients to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
My approach leverages many therapeutic approaches, but I choose mindfulness as the primary one because all of the other modalities still rest on the ability to increase connection to self and grow self-awareness. I often leverage cognitive behavioral, internal family systems, rational emotive, and empowerment to provide a comprehensive and integrated experience.
