I have dedicated 12 years to social services including working with children and families, LGBTQIA+, people living with chronic illnesses, and veterans. I have been working as a therapist for the last 3 years with my LCSW. My areas of interest include anxiety, trauma, depression, anger management, and adjustment concerns. I utilize various approaches to therapy services including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acute safety planning interventions. I enjoy working with individuals and families to help meet their goals in treatment through the healing process.
