Greetings! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina! I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky- Big Blue Nation! I have a passion for college basketball, and the Kentucky Wildcats are my favorite team! Originally from Lexington, KY, I made the move to North Carolina in 2005. With over twenty years of experience, I collaborate with clients to help them become the best version of themselves.
Our initial session will focus on introductions and building a therapeutic relationship. I will listen to your concerns and evaluate your needs. Based on the identified concerns and needs, we will collaboratively set goals and develop a treatment plan for moving forward.

I’m passionate about working collaboratively with adolescent and adult clients to navigate a wide range of concerns. Together, we address challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, self-esteem issues, parenting struggles, trauma, peer relationships, life transitions, and grief. In my work with couples, I support partners as they work through relationship difficulties including trust issues, lack of intimacy, infidelity, co-parenting, communication challenges, and family conflicts. My goal is always to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.
