Are you tired of feeling trapped in your head and not reaching a resolution with yourself or within your personal and work relationships? Let me help. I have 15 years of experience working with a broad variety of adult and adolescent individuals, couples and families. My areas of expertise are the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders, stress, distress tolerance, major life transitions, relationships and conflict resolution. I see many clients online, but also have in-person availability on Tuesdays and Fridays. I am well versed in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Intimacy-related issues, Self-esteem, Career difficulties and LGBTQIA+ concerns. It is my goal to help you establish a more meaningful and emotionally healthy life. As an active and empathetic listener, I employ an eclectic set of techniques based upon the ideals of unconditional positive regard and mindfulness. Whether you are experiencing a temporary setback or an ongoing problem, I will work with you on a plan that will help you realize personal growth, healing and positive change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, I will help you organize the narrative of your expectations and goals with therapy. In each session, we will work together to help you reflect more mindfully on your personal goals and what might be holding you back from achieving said goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

You will receive objective and compassionate, reflective feedback from me in our sessions, aimed at your mental, spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.
