Are you tired of dealing with your inner thoughts alone? Do you feel as if no one understands you, and you are alone in this world? Well, I am here to tell you, you are not! I provide a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can develop coping skills, enhance their self-awareness, and build resilience. I have assisted both adolescents and adults with overcoming trauma, suicidal ideations, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and complex relationships. I enjoy the collaboration process that takes place when assisting clients to achieve their best selves. I believe hopefulness and intentionality are the primary components of a fruitful therapeutic relationship. Collaboration is important - together we can work on establishing concrete goals and steps for you to help reduce some of your mental health challenges, too. I know firsthand that getting help can be a challenge. I look forward to speaking with you to see if we are a good fit to partner in your journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, go over your history, and explore your goals for our work together. This session is about building trust, helping you feel heard, and creating a plan that feels manageable and meaningful to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just come as you are.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space and meet clients exactly where they are. I’m deeply compassionate, intuitive, and committed to helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered. I bring both structure and flexibility to sessions, offering evidence-based tools while honoring each client’s unique story, pace, and needs.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to serve clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or the weight of past experiences and are ready to do the inner work to heal and grow. My ideal clients are open to reflection, curious about how their past may be shaping their present, and motivated to build healthier coping skills and relationships. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, childhood trauma, or challenges with self-esteem, I’m here to support you with compassion, structure, and strategies that help you feel more grounded and empowered.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work on challenging unhelpful thinking patterns and building healthier coping strategies. CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that empowers clients to make meaningful changes and gain control over anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients process and heal from trauma by identifying how past experiences—often beginning in childhood—have shaped current beliefs and emotional responses. We start by exploring your life history to uncover patterns and “stuck points” that may be keeping you from moving forward. CPT helps you challenge and shift these unhelpful thoughts so you can gain a greater sense of control, clarity, and emotional freedom.
