Are you tired of dealing with your inner thoughts alone? Do you feel as if no one understands you, and you are alone in this world? Well, I am here to tell you, you are not! I provide a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can develop coping skills, enhance their self-awareness, and build resilience. I have assisted both adolescents and adults with overcoming trauma, suicidal ideations, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and complex relationships. I enjoy the collaboration process that takes place when assisting clients to achieve their best selves. I believe hopefulness and intentionality are the primary components of a fruitful therapeutic relationship. Collaboration is important - together we can work on establishing concrete goals and steps for you to help reduce some of your mental health challenges, too. I know firsthand that getting help can be a challenge. I look forward to speaking with you to see if we are a good fit to partner in your journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our therapy sessions, I prioritize creating a warm and engaging therapeutic relationship. I strive to make each client feel valued, heard and understood. By fostering a sense of trust, I encourage open communication and collaboration. Together, we will identify goals and work towards gaining insight and equipping you with the tools needed to achieve those goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. These approaches may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy. By combining various therapeutic modalities, I can adapt my approach to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

While we all have experienced traumatic experiences, some of us struggle with recovering following those traumatic experiences. That is okay! My specialty is helping individuals identify the relationship between their traumatic experiences and their current concerns.
