I am a fun loving and energetic woman who is happy with life's journey thus far.... I am eager to share my experiences and some of what I have learned through life as well as professionally with others to help them better their own journey and day to day routine and lifestyle . I try to meet people where they are and accept them as who they are- no judgement and with lots of validation and compassion.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is very laid back and a get to know each other session with laughing and stories of what we like and dislike-I want clients to feel comfortable with me and get to know me as I get to know them

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am really down to earth and goofy at times! I am very funny at times and love to laugh and can even laugh at myself when it is appropriate! I have a huge heart and will even cry sometimes when the session is deep and I am really feeling what a client is going through...I love my career and it is evident in each session as I try to make each one different than the first to keep it unique and worthwhile.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I was trained to deliver logotherapy which is meaning through suffering but I also believe in meeting the client where they are in life and going along side them for the journey through therapy- this is what i believe person centered therapy is like....making sessions about and for the client

Compassion Focused

I feel that showing compassion towards a client goes a long way in building rapport and trust between the counselor and client and it shows that the counselor is humble and can express themselves as human and not "separate" or "above" the client .....the counselor is able to empathize with the client
