The first session is a time for you to help me best understand you and what you are hoping to gain from our time together. You will share what you would like me to know. It is a time to meet each other and be sure we are a good fit for one another so that your hopes for engaging in services will be met.

CBT has been the foundation of many years of my experiences and in keeping up with best practice standards of care. It is one of many modalities used in my sessions.
