I am a solutions focused therapist with over 20 years of experience. In this time, I have worked with people from all walks of life from those who have struggle with homelessness to CEO's of companies. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, family therapy, couples therapy and the lgbtqia+ community. My therapy style is cognitive, interactive, and compassionate. I will listen to you without judgement and together we will work to reach your goals.
In our first session we will go over your general history, issues you maybe having and your goals for therapy.
I will listen to you deeply, help conceptualize the problems, patterns, and dynamics which are causing you trouble, and identify ways to improve your life at your pace. Your emotions are valid no matter what the situation is and will provide the support you need in order to feel more at peace.
How we form our bonds with our caregivers, play a big role in how we navigate relationships in life. In exploring attachment we can find ways to increase positive relationships and interactions with others.
At times clients struggle to accept the issues that they may be having in life and commit to accepting assistance,

Working with clients to identify theri triggers, increasing emotional regulation and looking at others perspectives.
Loss is a part of life and comes in more forms than just death of a loved one. It maybe the loss of a friend or a job as two examples.
