Therapy with me is taking a journey through the labyrinth of your mind. It's a journey into who you are, or think you are, and why. It's narrating your stories through the use of a metaphysical philosophy of Epistemology, which is the study of Knowledge. Your subconscious and Shadow, the stories you tell yourself and where they came from. Mindfully exploring if what you see is Reality or just perception. It's family of origin, a examining the stories through a cognitive behavior eye-why you are the way you are, and what to do about it. How to interact from a place of authenticity without letting outside judgements play games with your stories.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed space where you’ll feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. This session is all about getting to know you—your experiences, challenges, and what brings you to this journey. We’ll explore what’s currently happening in your life, the patterns you’ve noticed, and the goals or changes you hope to achieve. I’ll guide the conversation with curiosity and care, asking thoughtful questions to understand your unique perspective, family dynamics, and the narratives that shape your life. We’ll also discuss how I approach therapy, combining techniques like Shadow Work, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral insights to help you navigate your inner world. This is a time for you to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, ask questions about the process, and begin to connect with the idea of rewriting the stories that no longer serve you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together to uncover insights, shift perspectives, and create meaningful change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My full belief that everything is "figure-outable," with patience and non-judgement. The path of Neurolinguistics is one of flexibility which affords the most power.

These clients may be: Individuals navigating life transitions who feel lost or disconnected and are seeking clarity, purpose, and alignment. Those grappling with family of origin dynamics, seeking to understand how past relationships and patterns influence their present. Clients intrigued by metaphysical and philosophical approaches who are open to exploring their subconscious, Shadow, and the intersection of knowledge, perception, and reality. My treatment methods

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Have you ever stopped to wonder about the stories you tell yourself—the ones that have been with you since childhood, shaping how you see the world and your place in it? My Ph.D. and extensive training are dedicated to unraveling these very narratives. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you, using a blend of Shadow Work, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. It’s like peeling back layers to discover your true self, rewriting the outdated scripts to create a more authentic, empowering story. This isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken—but about uncovering the hidden threads of your life and weaving a narrative that truly reflects who you are and where you want to go. Let’s dive into the work of transformation, one story at a time.

Narrative

Your story is uniquely yours—filled with moments, memories, and meanings that shape how you see the world and yourself within it. As a Neuro-Strategic & Narrative Provider, my role is to help you untangle those stories, hold them up to the light, and explore the perspectives woven within them. Together, we’ll examine the patterns and beliefs that have guided you, uncover alternative viewpoints, and explore new ways of understanding your experiences. It’s not about rewriting your story for you—it’s about empowering you to see it clearly, to understand its deeper layers, and, if needed, to reshape it in ways that align with the life you truly want. Every chapter holds the potential for growth, clarity, and transformation. Let’s make sense of your story together.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

You can't change what you don't "own" so my practice helps individuals evaluate what is reality and what is a story they tell themselves

Jungian

My Ph.D. in Philosophy specializes in Epistemology, which is the theory of knowledge that enables us to distinguish between justified belief and opinion/perspective. My work does not supply you with "your" answer; it's your story, but it acts as a reflector of what you see and alternative ways to look at it. But in the end, you're the author, and you can write the chapters any way you choose. Everyone needs a little GPS now and then.
