Starting therapy can be hard work, but it doesn't have to be. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Please feel welcome to reach out whenever you feel ready to begin. Our first session is more informal than other sessions. The first session is based around information gathering, any assessment measures, and creating a treatment plan tailored to your goals in therapy.
My greatest strengths are my person-centered approach which gives clients the space to work through issues in session. Another strength is being able to spot client issues quickly which can lead to faster treatment results.

This method is used via bilateral movements with the eyes. This method involves reprocessing traumatic memories and lessening their emotional charge so the client will be less affected by said traumatic memory
