Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.
I provide care, treatment, and support that allows those I service to manage their symptoms of their diagnosis while improving their quality of life. My clients leave empowered and feeling like the expert on their needs/wants.

I aim to enrich the lives positively of those I service by providing them with the tools that highlight their strengths in order to aid them in addressing the mental health needs.

I love that Tiana understands. She allows me to speak and ask questions that allows me to explain situations. She’s very relatable and shares her own stories that reassure me I’m not alone. I’m so grateful for her!

I was skeptical at first about trying therapy again due to past horrible experiences. But Tiana was very pleasant and helpful. I look forward to healing and continuing therapy with her.
