First session is easy- a laid back conversation about who you are, who I am and for us to see how we fit together. My goal is to provide a relaxed environment to tell your story on what is bringing you into session. From there, we will develop a plan as to what you'd like your session to look like moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I think my greatest strengths are compassion, empathy and genuine want to connect with others. As a fellow mom of 2 young kids, wife, mom, sister- the list goes on- I know how hard it is to take time for yourself.
