Are you feeling stuck, unempowered or overall lost? Pain is a part of life, but you don't have to go through it alone. When life gets too overwhelming, we often experience confusion, disillusionment, disappointment, anger, sadness, fear, addiction, or a sense of numbness. I create a non-judgmental and empathetic environment to explore your thoughts and emotions, where we can find solutions together. My goal is to empower you to uncover your strengths and find your path toward building and reclaiming the healthy life you deserve.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect to enter a warm and judgment free environment where they can feel at ease expressing themselves. Clients can also expect an introduction to therapy especially if it is their first time!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Yasmine gained experience providing therapy for individuals suffering from addiction, Depression/Anxiety, ADHD, attachment disorders, childhood trauma, personality disorders as well as everyday life stressors.
