I provide support to my clients in creating healthier thought patterns and behaviors with strength-based techniques and a client-centered approach. I provide a safe and open environment to listen and work through identifying strengths and achievable goals. My goal is to empower you to learn how to make past experiences into positive learning and growth opportunities.
