My practice is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies, with a special emphasis on EMDR, DBT, and CBT. I use a client-centered approach to create a safe and empathic space Together, we will work to identify and deconstruct the underlying factors of your distress, setting the stage for profound healing and growth. In my therapy spaces I like to use tools such as video games, art, Sandtray(virtual) music or whatever media you would want to explore.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As a trauma healing therapist, I help clients heal from shame, fear, and confusion to develop a better relationship with themselves and with others. Trained in EMDR, I support individuals in managing trauma symptoms, including Complex PTSD. I employ mindfulness to teach self-regulation of emotions and to cultivate intimacy with oneself.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is I love to use techniques in therapy that are challenging but at times fun. We will dive deep together but sometimes we can get into painful things but also play some Minecraft or paint while we go those darker times.
