During our first session we will dive deeper into past experiences and trauma. This session will be used to get to know one another and set goals to ensure the path we are on is what is best suitable to meet the your goals. I will use this session to explain what to expect in future sessions and to answer any questions there may be related to therapy and our future sessions.
