Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker based in Illinois. I received my master's degree from Aurora University and have had a number of positions in the field for the past 12 years and have been practicing therapy for the past 2 and a half years. Person-centered (Rogerian)

I utilize an empathic and non-judgmental approach and accept a client's right to self-determination. I help empower the client and guide them to reach their own insights and healing.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I help client's explore the various role of the parts within them and help them understand how their development may have contributed to certain unwanted patterns and tendencies and help the client heal those parts

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help assist client in identifying maladaptive thought patterns and beliefs that may be interfering with their daily life and provide strategies for developing healthier narratives and behaviors.

EMDR

I help clients process distressing memories, negative beliefs and emotional blocks that may be keeping them stuck. We work together to gently process past events, reduce emotional triggers and cultivate a sense of empowerment.
