I commend how she asks questions that make me think deeper than just surface level to enhance how I process and think through adversity. She is also very personable and authentic. She listens with intent and gives great feedback.

My experience was okay overall, but I found the sessions to be more surface-level than I was hoping for. I was looking for more depth and personalized guidance to support my growth. There were also a few instances of late session starts, which impacted my experience. This may be a good fit for someone looking for lighter support, but I would have preferred a more engaging and in-depth approach.

Very likable, kind and warm, seems to want what is best for her patients. Is able to take some of the anxiety off with humor.
