Hello, I’m Alexandra, Do you feel stuck? Lost? Confused? Do you know what you want from life but do not know how to get there? I have made it my mission to bring energy and boldness to people just like you by providing them with the wellness tools to help them navigate and regain balance and control of their lives so that they can truly love and embrace it.
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges you are facing and what you would like to gain from therapy. We will then work on creating and individualized treatment plan to work towards those goals.
I specialize in different counseling styles such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Multicultural Awareness, Positive Psychology, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
