About me

I am licensed in Georgia with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, trauma and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Additionally, I have expertise for working with teenagers from the ages of 13-19 years old. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which are both effective treatment modalities with adolescents and other populations. As a therapist, I have been able to help adolescences who are struggling with academic-related stress, bullying, peer pressure, family issues, past traumas, parenting styles, and other problems that all contribute to a teenager’s mental health or overall wellbeing. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

We’ve been seeing Eric for almost two months, and it’s truly made a tremendous difference in our marriage. He’s helped us build better communication habits and a deeper understanding of one another. He brings thoughtful exercises to each session and asks great questions that really get us talking, even about difficult topics. What we appreciate most is his calm approach. We both feel heard, supported, and understood. We’re so grateful we found a therapist who aligns so well with our needs.

This is literally the worst talk therapy session ive ever had. I picked this because of his years of experience and had a lot of great reviews but he seemed easily angered. Very disappointing.
