In our first session, we will start with introductions and expectations. We will dive into specific challenges you are facing and work on a plan tailor to your needs and goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I start where the client is. I listen to find understanding, I identify strengths in order to build from them and rely on the notion the client is the expert on their life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adolescents who are bombarded with demands from different areas of their lives and have pressures increasing anxiety, depression and confusion overall. I also enjoy working with people having difficulties with coping skills, interpersonal skills, overall anxiety, anger and frustration
