With over two decades of experience working with teens and adults, I offer a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy. My background as both a parent and a former school professional gives me a deep understanding of the complexities of parenting, the transitions and struggles of adulthood, and the challenges of adolescence. Additionally, my personal experience as part of a multicultural family and years of living abroad have made me especially attuned to the needs of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Whether you or your teen is seeking support for anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I am here to help you find clarity, resilience, and growth.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

I use psychodynamic therapy to help my adult clients explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape their current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. By bringing these underlying dynamics to light in a supportive and reflective space, clients gain deeper self-awareness and insight into their struggles. This process fosters lasting change, allowing them to break free from unhelpful patterns, improve relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help my adult clients develop psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult emotions rather than being controlled by them. Through mindfulness, values exploration, and committed action, clients gain the tools to break free from unhelpful thought patterns and move toward a life that aligns with what truly matters to them. This approach fosters resilience, helping clients navigate challenges with greater ease and purpose.
