Do you feel as though you are lacking the skills to live your full life worth living? Having difficulty finding balance in life? Whether you are new to therapy or have been seeing a therapist for years, we can all use some assistance at various points in our lives. I am an LCSW who has experience in many areas including trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship issues. I help adolescents to adults identify the areas they want to make improvements in and feel more satisfaction in daily living. I can help you manage stressors and set goals to find greater balance. I integrate multiple types of therapy including dialectical behavioral therapy and systems approach to look at the big picture and the right now. I will offer a safe space to work through your individual goals and treatment.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions along with some background and an idea of what goals you and I can begin working on together.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments including CBT, DBT, Trauma specific approaches, and systems theory.
I am easy to connect to and talk to. I have worked with various populations and specific areas of focus and feel that I am more of a generalist than a specialist and I believe that is a strength.
