I am a Hispanic Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Chicago, Illinois. I have 10+ yeas of experience serving not only the Hispanic but clients with different backgrounds. I specialized serving children, youth, and adults who are experiencing different mental health issues such as PTSD, generational trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, behavioral problems among other issues that may cause interruptions in the daily life of the individual. I am also trained in EMDR therapy to treat more severe symptoms of trauma, depression and anxiety.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I want to take the time to know more about you, your motivation to come to therapy and your expectations of me as your therapist. Together we will develop a plan that meet your goals and needs

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I was born in California and raised in Puerto Rico but my career has been taking me to other places to learn about other cultures and how culture can make an impact on us and the way we see mental health. I consider myself to be an empathetic, kind and a good listener provider who use a holistic approach to better met the needs of my clients. I consider myself a lifelong learner always looking to learn better ways to serve my clients.
