I am a LCSW in Texas. I received my Masters in Social Work from Texas State University. I have worked with adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health disorders and with individuals with chronic illness. I help patients overcome anxiety, depression, and negative thoughts. I understand how difficult living with mental health and chronic illness can be and I want to help you discover the best version of you.
In our first session, we will have a brief introduction followed by a discussion of the challenges you are facing and what you would like to work on. This will give me a foundation to build a structured plan that will help you achieve your goals.
