New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and balance. I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, and overwhelming life transitions. Many of my clients are used to “holding it all together” for everyone else, and therapy becomes the one space where they can finally exhale. My approach is grounded, supportive, and practical. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, while also creating space for honest, real conversations. I believe healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about understanding yourself, building healthier patterns, and learning how to respond to life in ways that truly serve you. I’m especially intentional about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected, without judgment. Whether you’re trying to manage anxiety, process past experiences, or simply gain better control over your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to support you in doing that work in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
Your first session is really about getting to know you, no pressure, no expectations to have everything figured out. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’d like to see change. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and how you’ve been coping so far. This helps me get a full picture so we can move forward in a way that actually fits your needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll also talk about your goals for therapy and what you want this space to look like for you. If you’re not sure yet, that’s completely okay. We can figure that out together. You can expect a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can be honest at your own pace. You don’t have to share everything all at once. We’ll move in a way that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better sense of how I work, and we’ll begin identifying next steps to support you as you move forward.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to truly see the full picture and help clients make meaningful, lasting change, not just short-term relief. I don’t just focus on symptoms; I help clients understand the patterns, experiences, and environments that are driving what they’re feeling. I bring a balance of clinical expertise and real, practical support. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, I help clients build awareness, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping they can use in everyday life. Clients often tell me they appreciate how grounded and straightforward I am. I create a space that is supportive yet honest. I will gently challenge you when needed while ensuring you feel respected and understood. Another strength is my ability to help clients accustomed to being “strong for everyone else.” I help them learn how to prioritize themselves without guilt, regulate their emotions, and feel more in control of their lives. The goal isn’t just to help you feel better in the moment; it’s to help you function better, think differently, and move through life with more confidence and clarity.
I work well with teens and adults who are trying to make sense of what they’ve been through while still managing the demands of everyday life. Whether you’re dealing with stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling “off” and not quite yourself, I help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and grounded version of themselves.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my work, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and build healthier ways of coping that clients can apply in their everyday lives.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I utilize TF-CBT to help clients work through the impact of trauma at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Through this process, clients learn to make sense of their experiences, reduce distress, and develop healthier ways of coping.
