Throughout my many years as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have been committed to providing the highest level of professional and compassionate care when serving individuals during their most difficult life challenges. I tailor my approach to therapy based on the unique needs of each person I get the privilege to help. My mission is to help you gain healthy balance so you may enjoy positive relationships, fulfill your life’s purpose and achieve your highest potential. I work with clients from a strength based focus while providing a safe, non-judgmental environment to learn and grow. It takes courage to seek help and to pursue a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take the first steps toward change, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and then dive into the specific challenges you are seeking support and help with. This will help me to collaborate with you on developing a specific plan for us to work on in follow up sessions to meet your goals.
I am an excellent listener and provide care and support in a non-judgmental, solution focused manner. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please email: reception+Joe15451@growtherapy.com

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with clients for many years. It’s helped many clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and depression. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious, depressed and/or stressed life.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
When using person-centered therapy, my client leads the conversation and determines the direction and pace of each session. I serve as a supportive facilitator, offering a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your concerns. I provide active listening, reflection, and open-ended questions, all aimed at helping you explore your thoughts and feelings more deeply. This type of therapy offers a compassionate and empowering framework that respects the my client's autonomy and capacity for self-directed growth.
