Hello, Welcome to Grow! As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my desire is to help my clients learn to help themselves through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). During my long term practice I have learned that my clients ability to understand their cognitive behaviors and how these interact with their emotions is key to discovering and changing their lives. Catch it! Check it! Change it!
Our first session is our most important session. Is when we determine if we are a good fit. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will be explained and a recommendation will be made.
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I am fortunate to witness the transformation after only a few sessions. When we are able to explore through individual therapy our thoughts, emotions and behaviors we can understand our place in the "Cognitive Triangle". As the client understands this interplay, our reasoning identifies with a different perspective.
