Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in SW Virginia. I earned a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Radford University in 2021 and became licensed to practice in June 2024. With a passion for understanding and supporting diverse relationship dynamics, I specialize in working with individuals and couples exploring alternative relationship models. I am also actively pursuing training in EMDR 2.0 to expand her therapeutic toolkit.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I pride myself on being a regular person and relate to my clients authentically. I am dedicated to ethical practice and respect the individual wants and needs of my clients. Building a positive therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect to successful therapy and, if I am not the right fit for a client, I want to work with them to find the best therapist to help meet their goals. Ultimately, our time together is not about me; it's about YOU!
