Hello! I am a bilingual licensed therapist with 15 years of professional experience. I have worked in the USA and two other countries, both as a teacher and therapist, in the school setting, non-profit organizations, and community mental health centers. I strive to create an open, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can express freely your thoughts and feelings. I mainly use a Person-Centered approach incorporating DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness-based stress reduction. I also teach Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills about Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. I’m looking forward to working together in your healing journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start to build trust and rapport. We would go at your pace in order to dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I want you to feel comfortable in this safe, private, confidential and non-judgemental space.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In the 15 years I have worked as a therapist, I have received ongoing feedback regarding my clients successful journey into themselves, where they increase their level of self-awareness, and gain a more introspective understanding of their behavioral patterns.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love serving adults who are willing to work on themselves, and are committed to their therapeutic process.
