I enjoy being a therapist and helping people build resiliency to overcome challenges that result in personal and family relationship difficulties. My passion and my interests are in identifying mental health solutions that improve the well-being and over all healthiness and happiness for brighter, better days. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience providing individual, family and group therapy to children, and adolescents. On a personal level, I enjoy my days at home with my family & my best friend- my little, not so little puggle dog, Rizzo. I enjoy traveling & exploring beautiful places. I also love to cook and share meals with family & friends.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Finding the right fit for good therapy is not easy. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and even more bravery to be willing to change, grow and evolve for all ages- young and old. In our first session together, you can expect an open, honest, safe conversation to identify goals for therapy sessions leading to a healthy path forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Helping to find & practice healthy ways to communicate and care for yourself and others can be challenging to do on your own. Together we can find better ways for a happier, healthier you. I try to be structured and as goal orientated as possible while providing evidenced based treatments to mental health and family challenges. I can offer you a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings as well as ideas on new approaches.
