As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 18 years of experience, my mission is to empower individuals through a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy. I am passionate about helping people create meaningful, positive change in their lives. That happens through a lot of hard work, tears, and laughter.
The first session a client could expect an introduction, getting the details on the reasons they've wanted to start therapy. As well as learning what they like to do and music they listen too.

My experience with CBT is based on providing insight supporting people through thought reframing, problem-solving, and emotion regulation.
My experience with strength- based is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses unique strengths and capabilities, which we can harness together to foster resilience and well-being.
My experience with relational is importance of relationships in emotional well-being, emphasizing that our interpersonal interactions shape our thoughts, behaviors, and emotional experiences. Finding the relationships that help build one's self.
My experience with culturally sensitive therapy is being supportive of the person’s cultural background but also takes into account the ways in which culture influences thoughts, behaviors, and emotional well-being.
