Hello my name is Aaron Hatcher and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with my Bachelor’s degree and graduated from California State University, Fullerton with my Master’s Degree in Counseling. I offer virtual and in person therapy for clients in the state of California. I offer individual therapy for young adult and adult clients. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, writing, music, hiking, and exercise. My passion is to develop tools to enrich my life as well as those of my clients, I hope to enrich my life and those of others with personal growth, self-expression, and satisfying relationships.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to providing high quality therapeutic services. I work with a wide-variety of issues, my primary goal being to facilitate healing and a deeper understanding of the self, meaning, and relationships. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life-transitions, grief, motivation, or issues with overall engagement in living your ideal life, we may be a good fit.

My strength lies in my ability to develop genuine connections with clientele through empathy and therapeutic technique. I utilize an integrative approach in my therapy practice, believing that each individual comes from a unique perspective, thus requires an individualized approach in our therapy sessions.

Humanistic treatment is the basis of the therapy I perform. This means, the client comes first and I respect and value their opinions and beliefs. Humanistic treatment informs my other methodologies, as needed, such as emotion-focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness based practices.
