Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from Springfield College and have been practicing for 5 years. I help adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and other disorders become the best versions of themselves. We will work together to figure out the best methods and techniques that fit your individual needs. My whole purpose is to empower you, and help guide you through the process.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
In my time as a therapist I have found that my own life experiences have helped me to be a better therapist by being able to understand and empathize with what my client is going through.
