I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping children, teens, and adults nurture their mental well-being. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey, offering support that’s not only professional but also warm and understanding. My passion lies in empowering clients to cultivate effective coping skills, develop self-regulation, and gently let go of behaviors that no longer serve them. My practice is grounded in a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, drawing on the proven principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or attention and focus challenges (ADHD/ADD), I’ll provide a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. This is a space for you to share your story, and together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and the challenges you’d like to address. Think of this as the start of a collaborative partnership, where your strengths are recognized, and solutions are thoughtfully crafted. This initial conversation helps me understand your unique experiences so we can create a tailored and effective path forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker lie in creating a warm and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. My experience over the past decade has given me valuable insight into the unique challenges adolescents, young adults, and families face. I’m empathetic, intuitive, and a good listener, which helps me understand your needs and what will work best for you. I also focus on providing practical strategies and thoughtful planning to help you make meaningful progress. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout our time together.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love to work with clients who are eager to gain insight into themselves, even if they’re unsure of where to start. Together, we’ll develop healthy coping skills and use mindfulness techniques to help manage life’s challenges. I also have extensive experience supporting families as they navigate complex dynamics and work toward healthier, more connected relationships. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, meeting each client where they are and tailoring the journey to their unique needs.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a powerful tool for personal growth and emotional well-being. At its core, CBT helps you identify and change unhelpful or negative thought patterns that might be holding you back. By shifting the way you think, you can improve how you feel and behave in everyday life. For example, if you often find yourself overwhelmed by stress or doubting your abilities, CBT can help you reframe those thoughts and approach challenges with a more balanced perspective. It's not just about managing stress; it's about building resilience and empowering yourself to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence.
